Returns & Refund Policy

At ArtPrintNest.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The product must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page

Return Authorization Process

Before returning any item, you must request approval by contacting us at contact@artprintnest.shop.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for secure packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (frame, print, or packaging)

  • Incorrect product, size, color, or design received

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items (including designs with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you will need to complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund can be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply depending on your bank or payment provider
